Imam Hussain (AS), third infallible Imam of Shia Islam is revered by Sunni Muslims as well. Sunni scholars and eminent Sunnis such as Owais Raza Qadri regularly visit the holy shrines of Shia Imams in Iraq and also in Iran.
Some days ago, famous Sunni scholar Allama Syed Irfan Mashahdi was also photographed while he was on a pilgrimage of the holy shrine of the 7th infallible Imam of Shia Islam Imam Moosa Kazim in Kazimiyya (Baghdad) in Iraq.
These pilgrimage by Sunni Muslims mark their unity with Shia Muslims and together with each other they turn down the ideology of hatred and intolerance being preached by Wahhabi takfiris and their like-minded takfiris within other sects.
